Oak Terrace is a 240-unit apartment complex that offers a safe and quiet environment for all it's residents. As a family run business, Oak Terrace is the largest apartment complex in Harlingen with the best square footage for the price. All Oak Terrace residents are required to fill out a Texas Apartment Association Rental Application. No application fee applies.

Oak Terrace amenities include a par-3, 3 hole golf course, three tennis courts, two swimming pools with BBQ areas, a lighted jogging trail, playground, basketball court, laundry facility and limited access gate.All apartments are equipped with a selfcleaning oven, frostfree refrigerator, garbage disposal and a dishwasher; some apartments have washers and dryers or connections. Apartments have tile and carpet, walk-in closets, mini-blinds and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.

Features

The Rio Grande Valley is growing by leaps and bounds, and Oak Terrace has grown right along with it. Oak Terrace was built in 4 phases; oldest being completed in late 1994 and youngest completed in 2003. Oak Terrace has an outstanding location on South Loop 499. The property is situated about three miles south of the Valley International Airport and is less than a mile north of Valley Baptist Medical Center. Hugh Ramsey Birding Park is directly across
Loop 499.

Oak Terrace signs a 6-month lease with NO reletting fee, which means if the tenant breaks the 6-month lease the only penalty is forfeiting the $250 security deposit. After the 6-month lease has been fulfilled the tenant may sign a lease renewal or may go month to month at no extra fee. The security deposit will be refunded minus damages with a 30-day written notice and the 6-month contract fulfilled. Water is paid, the tenant is responsible for electric, telephone and cable. A security deposit of $250 is required for each apartment. Pets are allowed with an additional non-refundable $300 animal fee. Oak Terrace is in the Treasure Hills Elementary School, Coakley Middle School, and Harlingen High School South district.
